I expected a more "compact" package, but that's the risk of judging size on a screen. Bigger than I wanted, yes, but an EXCELLENT umbrella -- it keeps me dry, and that matters rather more than whether it slips into my smallest bag.
Glad I paid a little extra for this. Smart looking and people have noticed it. The green is lovely and the opening button is a real convenience. Easy to carry but reassuringly sturdy. I imagine the handle may show marks eventually.
Living in Chicago means an umbrella gets a real workout. This one kept my husband and me dry in the rain downtown, even when it was blustery. No sign of it flipping over on that outing. Feels like good quality and money well spent.

A dependable umbrella for the walk between my car and office, which is about ten minutes. I'm on my third, not because they've worn out but because I left one at a restaurant and another at the grocery store. Solid little umbrella.
Folds down small enough for my purse. My little kids can work the button fine, makes it easy to put up. Wouldn't call it the strongest umbrella but that seems to go with being compact. Useful to have in a bag for a surprise shower.
There is a little bulk to carry, but the shade it gives makes it worthwhile. I use an umbrella to stay out of direct sun and this does that job very well. It feels comfortable underneath and has also coped well with breezy weather.
Walking half an hour to work in Chicago means an umbrella has to earn its place in my bag. This one has handled the breezy, wet mornings I've used it in and kept my clothes dry.So far it has been money well spent. I'd recommend it.
A few of these made lovely decorations for a baby shower. I went with cream white and they looked so pretty as part of the table display. Had lots of nice comments about them from guests. Definitely money well spent for the effect!
Not my usual choice of colour (I'd have picked something darker) but my future son-in-law loves the cream white. So he's happy, even if we don't agree on much when there's a game on. Feels solid, neatly made and plenty of cover ...
Fair bit of cover when open. works well, But I wouldn't take it into strong wind. I use it while deer hunting in PA, sitting up in the tree stand. Light enough to bring along, not a big shelter. keeps the ordinary rain off me fine.
Feels very well put together. A good spread of cover for watching family sports! Not a giant golf umbrella, but a useful size. More weight in it than I expected- otherwise close to 5 stars. Came nicely packed & reached me promptly.
Everything arrived in good order. I've now bought this umbrella twice, and the earlier one is still going strong. The frame moves smoothly and the materials seem durable. I have no hesitation recommending it based on my experience.
We like the umbrella, (the pink is a bit different from how it looked on my screen, but it was listed as pink so we weren't expecting anything else.) The button works smoothly to open and fold the canopy, and it seems solid enough.
The kids are delighted with it. More room underneath than I had pictured, which was a nice surprise. I thought they'd just hold it for shade at their little picnic table, but it's become part of all sorts of pretend adventures too.

Good umbrella,solid and flexible, not much weight to it. Works nicely.I get so much rain where I live , sometimes it feels like the wet days never stop. This gives me enough cover that I can still go out without coming back soaked.
Went with the green option. Much prettier when you actually see it than the pictures suggest. Nicely put together, not cumbersome to carry, and the button works smoothly. Mine came quickly and the price seemed fair. Go on, get one!
I've paid more for umbrellas that weren't as good as this one. Feels strong in a breeze and comfortable in my hand. The button makes opening and closing simple. As for the complaints, in truly awful weather I'd rather stay indoors!
Neat, portable, feels well put together. Covers me nicely and has coped with a bit of wind without fuss. Not an enormous canopy, so bear that in mind if size matters most, but for taking along on trips it's a great little umbrella!
The last two umbrellas I tried felt flimsy, so the difference with this one was noticeable straight away. Much better finish and a reassuring feel when she's using it in the rain & wind!! Definitely one I'd suggest to someone else!
Looks smart and feels well put together. The button makes the canopy simple to open and shut. There's more weight to it than I'm accustomed to, my only real reservation. Hopefully the solid feel means it'll stand up to regular use.
Ten months on and mine is still looking good. It's seen rain and gusty days without feeling tired. The stitching is neat and the button still works smoothly. Only thing I've noticed is that the outside gets wet when I use it... ;-)
The styling really appeals to me and, more importantly, it keeps me dry! I haven't had it through our really windy season yet though. So this is based on ordinary rain for now, and I'll come back in the fall with how it has managed
Grandpa got this from me for Christmas - haven't heard how it does in rain yet - all we've had here is snow!!! The reviews sounded reassuring - it feels nicely made and opens with a button - at the price I paid, what's not to like?
Fun to carry, looks lovely, feels strong! Had wanted an umbrella like this for ages. It's coped nicely with the windy days I've used it on, no turning itself inside out. The green makes it feel cheerful! glad I finally ordered one.
Better than I thought it would be! I wanted an umbrella to leave in the car, and the gray goes with the seats. Has a much firmer feel than my old ones. It won't be used every day, so I'm expecting it to be around for quite a while.
After too many flimsy little umbrellas, I wanted something with a bit more substance, and this is lovely!! Feels sturdy, with enough room for me without being huge. The blue is a really pretty shade too. Very happy with the choice.
I wanted one that would fit in my shoulder bag, and this works well. The cream white outside looks neat, with a dark underside that is pleasant for shade. A convenient thing to keep ready for surprise rain, and nicely finished too.

bit of a surprise... I was waiting at a bus stop with this folded when someone reported it as a gun. Police came, saw it was an umbrella and we ended up laughing before I went on my way.One odd memory. :) and it keeps the rain off.
Used these for a baby shower and arranged them with the other table decorations and confetti. The gray looked really nice in the setup. Everyone kept telling me how cute they were, which was lovely. Very glad I decided to use them!
Very useful umbrella. Have bought four so far. Two stay at the lake house, two at home, and I keep one in the car. Great when the weather turns nasty. Button gets it open quickly in heavy rain and the canopy covers a generous area.
I wouldn't think of this as just a ladies umbrella, guys dont need to be put off. Feels sturdy and the button closing the canopy is a nice touch. Good room underneath without much bulk folded. Useful to leave at work or in the car.

Our granddaughters were always borrowing their parents' umbrellas to play with. These have given them their own, which they are delighted about! Nice size when open and easy to put away. No more borrowing everyone else's umbrellas!

Had this ready just as a heavy shower hit, and it saved me a proper soaking. There was a fair breeze too, but it stayed steady in my hand. Impressive first outing. It dried off well afterwards and folded neatly, ready to use again.
my 6 year old wanted an umbrella for Christmas and she was thrilled with this one! i like the amount of cover it gives her. she can use the button to open and fold the canopy, and i help with pushing the shaft back down afterwards.
The green looks lovely, but pressing the button and resetting the shaft take more effort than I expected. I got it for my daughter, and I caught my fingers while pushing it down. Now I'm worried she'll pinch herself closing it too.
For my kid I have three tests:1) Is the rain kept off?2) Will it last?3) Do they want to use it?Results:1) Yes, nice and dry.2) Four months in and still going.3) They love taking it out.That seems enough to ask from their umbrella.
More cover than I expected from a folding umbrella! its roomy enough for me without feeling lost underneath it. On a busy city pavement you still have to mind other people. For me this is a better balance than the really tiny ones.
The quality made a good first impression, better than I had imagined for the money. Easy enough to carry along in a bag without much fuss. Packing it away is not quite as quick as opening it, but I still think it's excellent value.
Impressed by how solid this feels. The loop handle sits comfortably in my hand and the button action is smooth.It folds a little larger than some I've owned, but the open canopy gives good cover and there's room to share if needed.
Solid bit of kit. it works well, spring feels quite firm when resetting the shaft, though I don't mind that in something sturdy. around 390 grams. the cream white looks smart. has kept the rain off very well! a good solid purchase.
My sister phoned about her present and spent ages telling me how nice it looked (and how solid it felt). She reckons it's the prettiest umbrella she's received. A little heavier than she'd choose, but she was clearly happy with it.
Such a cute umbrella! The beige color is lovely, and I like the simple look. Just the right size for me too! The fabric feels substantial, not like it will tear at the first outing. Would happily recommend it! Happy with my choice.
Read what other people had said. Thought I'd give it a go. Happy I did. Feels very well made. Unpacked it and took the dogs out in a downpour straight away. Opened firmly and kept me covered. Exactly the sort of umbrella we wanted.
