Mom thinks her black umbrella is wonderful Especially as she paid nothing for it.. My brother and I split the cost and I'm glad we did. She actually called it "the best umbrella I've ever owned" Which sounded funny coming from my 49 year old mom to me (21)
Expected to need it for rain at the weekend ballgame, but we ended up opening it against the sun instead. BRILLIANT! My husband and I sat close and shared the shade, with a bit of air still coming through underneath. Much nicer than being out in that heat!
Bought it as a treat for myself. Lovely umbrella and nicely finished. It springs up with such enthusiasm I almost expect to leave the ground! Pushing the shaft down afterwards needs a firm hand, but the canopy closes with a press. Worth that little effort!
In normal rain this gives me enough shelter without adding a raincoat. There's room over me and my son when I'm carrying him close. I can hold it high enough to watch where I'm walking and still have decent cover over us.Feels sturdy and put together well.
Neat little package once it's wrapped and in its sleeve. Getting those folds tidy enough to slide it in again is another matter for my hands. Perhaps I'm not the most nimble old lady any more (smile). It does look smart though, and works well when it's up.
Bought it for taking my two new puppies out when it's raining. With them close by my feet there's room to shelter all of us. Opening it is easy, which helps with the pups. Cream white is a pretty colour and stands out nicely when I'm looking in the closet.
I wanted umbrella that wouldn't take all the room in my purse, for that it is very good, but in really heavy rain my legs still get wet!!! I wait until rain slows a little, then go out with it. For normal showers I like it very much.Good useful umbrella!!!
SO CUTE! People keep asking about it. It's feminine looking without being fussy or overdone, which is just what I wanted. i love carrying it. My sister was eyeing mine up so much I ended up getting her one as well. Feels strong and nicely put together too.
I already have a long handled umbrella, so this is the one I wanted for taking out and about. It's solid, has kept me well covered in the rain and hasn't flipped on me. I am so fond of it! It's nice looking too, and I've had several people comment on that!
I like this umbrella. It's a sensible size when it's raining, not huge and awkward. The plain look wasn't my first choice, but it's fine. Didn't want another street-corner bargain or something really expensive either. This seems to be a good middle ground.
A pleasant little umbrella. The oval handle is a nice detail - something a bit different from the usual ones. Folds away without being a nuisance, and keeps the rain off well. Thinking of getting another for the car so there's always one there. A good buy.

Living in the Pacific Northwest means spring is rain followed by more rain.....usually with some wind thrown in. This has been fine in the milder gusts so far, haven't taken it out in anything really wild yet. I like the way the canopy sits when it's open.
Really good umbrella....I'd lost the one I had before and missed it. Just one thing....this loop handle feels unfamiliar and I've held it awkwardly a few times......need to pay attention to where my fingers go. Probably me being clumsy. Otherwise I love it
There are two of these in use now, mine and my friend's, and we are both very happy with them. Now I am thinking of a green one for another friend.These are lovely, just a little long for my bag, which doesn't help as I am forever leaving umbrellas behind.
Living in the city, I wanted cover without taking over the whole sidewalk. This manages that and has handled the gusts I've encountered well. I like the beige with the black underside, it looks a bit different from most of the umbrellas I see around here.
I got this after looking through online reviews. It gets pretty windy where I live in Manhattan, NYC, and so far this umbrella has been great. I havent had any trouble. Also thinking about a larger umbrella for heavier rain. Would recommend it to anybody.

The photo really undersells this umbrella... its so pretty in person and feels properly made, not flimsy. Opens out with plenty of room over your shoulders yet folds up small enough to carry easily. A Christmas present for my mother and she just loves it!
Took this along to Yellowstone last week and we got a real mixture of weather, even snow (wasn't expecting that in September). Used it for the rainy stretches and it did nicely. Still looking good afterwards, and our friends liked it too. Would recommend.

I'd been wanting a beige umbrella for ages, so finally got one. Folds away neatly but opens into a really NICE bit of shade! My actors can hold it between shoots while I'm getting the set ready, especially when it's roasting out there. Just what I wanted!
Strong, but still light enough to carry and folds down neatly. I've used it as shade in my yard around noon, and standing under the canopy is MUCH more comfortable than being in the direct sun. That extra shade makes being out there much nicer. Thank you!
I love using this umbrella, reminds me of being a kid. My first one wasn't what I'd ordered, but that was sorted out very quickly and everyone was helpful. My niece is five and has taken a real liking to it. Now she's asking for an umbrella like mine too.

I needed an umbrella as part of the card basket display at our wedding. This made a nice addition to the sign in table and felt sturdy. I ordered later than I really should have, but it arrived in time and I was able to finish putting everything together.

Looks substantial, and the finishing is neat. Pressing the button opens it, and another press brings the canopy closed, but you still need to shorten the shaft yourself to put it away. Waiting for some rain to try it properly, then I may get a second one.
Had RAIN and gusts today....the umbrella got its first outing..Church then Lunch and Shopping...kept me covered the whole time...Very glad I had it along instead of leaving it home...Now thinking one each for my daughter and daughter-in-law...a good buy!!

If you've had enough of umbrellas being pushed about by the wind, this feels reassuring to hold in blustery rain. Mine has coped well so far. Nice looking, solidly made, sensible price, and I've stayed dry!!! Isn't that what an umbrella is supposed to do?
Cute, easy enough to carry, and feels nicely made. I wanted it for shade (Southern California here, our rain is usually more of a drizzle). It has kept me dry in that too, which is a nice extra. Mainly bought it for sunshine so I'm pleased it can do both.

I chose these for the bridesmaids at my daughters wedding coming up in June. They look lovely and will give them a bit of shade as they make their way down the isle. I am so looking forward to seeing the girls carrying them together, it will be beautiful!

I dont get why my reveiw is on this shade, mine is blue. Loved using this one.I was nervous at first cuz of some reviews but mine has done fine for like 2 years. I keep it in my trunk. Anything getting knocked about in there is my doing, not the umbrella.
I walk to work, so having an umbrella I can tuck in my backpack matters. This folds down neatly but gives me a good amount of cover opened up. Looks nice as well. A few months in, I'm still glad I paid a bit more rather than just picking the cheapest one.

This was a birthday present for our grandson and I was so pleased to have it ready for his party. Opens to a useful size without being a huge thing to carry about. It should be handy for rain or some shade on the sidelines at his soccer games this spring.
Rain was forecast for our wedding day, so I wanted this on hand. We got a lovely dry day instead and I never needed it. I wouldn't pick a compact umbrella for really gusty weather, but it was a handy backup. The beige looked so nice beside my ivory dress!

It looks cheerful even when the day doesn't. Its a useful size for me on my own or with my child close beside me, not one of those huge umbrellas you keep bumping into people. Packs down neatly enough to slip in my tote bag, so it is easy to keep with me.
