Finding a decent umbrella is harder than it should be. Big, folding, strong, all at once is asking plenty. This one stays in my car for the really wet days. I still carry a smaller one otherwise. It is a good compromise for me and worth what I paid for it.
My wife has kept this in the car for around a year now and it's had it's share of outings. Still opens and shuts the canopy nicely. Folds away neatly, feels well put together and dries off fairly quickly.It has coped well on breezy days too. Worth getting.
The small umbrella I had was wearing thin and needed replacing. This one feels like a proper step up. Its sturdy and straightforward, nothing fancy about it. Slightly bigger than my old one without being huge, and the whole thing seems better put together.
Am pleased with the umbrella BUT not with that enormous box it came in, all that space for a compact item. Clearing customs cost me the equivalent of $100 because of the packaging size, which was awful. No problem with the umbrella itself, it does its job.
SO PRETTY! People keep asking about it. It has a sweet look without lots of decoration, which suits me just fine. it's feminine without shouting about it. My sister had her eye on mine so I bought her one too. Not just looks either, the frame feels strong.
Nicely made, but I should have looked more carefully at the size. Fine for me on my own; sharing means being very close together, and even then someone's shoulder gets damp. I'd recommend it as a compact personal umbrella, not one to cover two comfortably.
My three-year-old granddaughter was delighted with her umbrella. The black is smart and it seems nicely made. She likes pressing the button, and I help push the shaft down afterwards. The umbrella I got my other granddaughter last year is still in use too.

For rainy dog walks we needed something with decent cover without being a nuisance to hold. This has worked out perfectly. The weight feels nicely balanced and the handle is comfortable (a big help when there's a lead in the other hand). Thoughtful design.
The 105cm size works for the two of us standing close, and I like having that coverage without storing a long umbrella. A bit weighty, but ideal for what I needed. The button takes a firm press, and shortening the shaft after closing needs a little effort.
It tucks along the bottom of my everyday bag, so I don't keep leaving it behind. Now when a shower comes out of nowhere I've actually got an umbrella with me! Not the tiniest folded one I've seen, but for everyday rain it does what I need and keeps me dry.
I've carried folding umbrellas for years, just not one this compact. The canopy closing by button is handy, although I have to watch where I grip it. I've caught that button with a tight grip and closed it while standing in the rain. Still pleased with it.

Needed a replacement for my old umbrella. This one is solid, but it takes up more space and has more weight than I wanted. It won't go into my usual handbag. Still keeping it for weekend errands, though I'll need something smaller for carrying in my purse.
This makes two of these I've bought. My son in New York is delighted with his and says it's held up well on windy days. No canopy turning inside out during his usual walks. If you want a solid everyday umbrella, I'd certainly suggest giving this one a try.
Not tried it in wind yet, so can't comment on that, but the size suits me really well. The automatic opening is smooth. Rain has stayed outside where it belongs, even when it was coming down hard. It gives a nice patch of shade too. Pleased with it so far.
Needed a umbrella as we get rain here quite often and I had none to use.So far I am very happy with it. The material feels good for what I paid.And the top looks nice too. I am also going to try it for shade when the sun comes, see how it does with that :)

my other half loses sunglasses and umbrellas,if they make it home its usually the folding thats a battle. this one closes the canopy with a press,just push the shaft in afterwards. nice green and not bulky. now we only need a way to stop leaving it behind.

I'd been meaning to get a compact umbrella for ages. The gray canopy and unusual loop handle were what drew me to this one. It felt so nicely put together that I ordered another for a friend. Just the right amount of coverage for me, and handy to put away.
Carrying an umbrella this pretty makes rain a bit nicer! One star off because resetting the telescoping shaft takes more pressure than I expected. The button shuts the canopy just fine, it's the last push that needs some muscle. A determined shove does it!
Excellent for the price and everything arrived in great shape! The parcel came sooner than I thought and had been wrapped with care. Mine is green, with a button for opening it, which looks very straightforward to use. Happy to have found it at this price!
I have it nearly one year now and no trouble with it so far. The gray is a nice simple colour, I think it looks good even when the day is wet. Takes a bit more space in my handbag than I wanted, but feels stable when there is wind, so I am happy with that.
wind coming from different directions can make going out in rain miserable, but this has coped well for my wife. It was a present for her and she appreciates having something sturdy when she has to go out. She's pleased with it, which makes me pleased too.
A family member lost the umbrella I'd used for years, so this is its replacement. A good spread over me without being golf umbrella sized. The frame feels reassuringly flexible when the wind catches it, and it packs down neatly afterwards. Would recommend.
Good size. Keeps the rain off well. I would still be careful with it in stronger wind, the ribs have some give. Dried out reasonably quickly afterwards. Used it for two wet football games. Happy overall -- just wouldn't treat it like a heavy duty umbrella.

Bought another after losing mine on a trip.Wouldn't want a different everyday umbrella for travelling around the Midwest. Easy to carry, quick to put up and pack away, and the sleeve is useful when I leave it tucked in the car for those unexpected showers.

I keep one at work and the other at home. Both seem sensibly made and quite smart in appearance. For getting around the city alone, the coverage is sufficient. I wouldn't expect it to do the job of a much larger umbrella, but for my purposes it works well.
It arrived fine and has worked as expected. The carry sleeve is useful for keeping the folded umbrella together instead of having it loose in my bag. I still take care not to catch the button while handling it. Very convenient to use. I would recommend it.

For years I managed without an umbrella because I hardly ever used one. The beige on this one caught my eye and now I actually remember to take it along. It looks lovely, folds up neatly and the push button works just fine. How could I complain about that?
We get plenty of wet, breezy weather here, so this hasn't just sat in a cupboard. The pink makes a nice change from a plain dark umbrella and people have said how pretty it is. Best of all, it's holding up well. Hoping it'll be around for a good few years.
Feels well put together and has kept the rain off me nicely. My work meant walking about alot outdoors, including wet days, and this has been handy to have. Only had it a couple of months so I can't speak for years of use, but nothing to grumble about yet.

The construction appears good, with a substantial weight which I see as an advantage. Stitching is even and the fabric feels suitable for everyday rain. Have not tested strong wind. A slight new-material smell was present on opening, not my favourite part.
My two grown children both like pink....Even after forty years they still check whether the other got something nicer. So a second matching umbrella was necessary. Each can keep one in the car now, and nobody has to wonder who ended up with the better one.

My first Haven umbrella, and I took it out as soon as there was some rain (couldn't wait to try it). It looks solid and neatly finished. Too early to say how it'll wear over time. I imagine it'll come along quite a bit this summer. Looking forward to that.
The frame has the 30 ribs mentioned in the description. I had an umbrella before that lasted ages, until its opening button finally stopped doing anything. This one makes a good impression so far. I like using it and hope I get that same long life from it.
A sensible umbrella with flexible ribs which give a little in a breeze rather than feeling as if the whole thing must bend out of shape ,as some do. Mine has been useful, although I would prefer a more traditional looking handle and tip to the loop design.
Nothing particularly remarkable here, it's an umbrella. Price-wise it sits somewhere in the middle. My gripe is the handle, which has a cheap plastic look next to the gray canopy. It keeps rain off, but that's what I'd expect from pretty much any umbrella.
