At this price the umbrella seems excellent. The fabric feels good and everything is neatly put together. There are plenty of ribs underneath, with some give in them, and the whole thing feels sturdy when opened.
No rain to test it on yet, but I've been trying the button and it's pretty neat. Doesn't take up much room folded, then opens out bigger than I expected. Looks promising, just waiting to see how it does outside.
Not the tiniest thing to carry (I feel rather well equipped with it!). Of course, buying it seems to have made the thunderstorms disappear. Anyway, the whole thing feels solid and gives me confidence it'll last.
I ordered 2. Both feel good quality and that handle is the bit I like most. Handy for anybody who needs a proper umbrella. Would recommend. Price seemed fair too. Now w just need to remember to take them with us
Finally an umbrella that feels like the one I had been trying to find. Birthday treat to myself, from myself, lol, and probably my favourite one! Oh...and it has handled the windy rain I've used it in just fine.
My daughter is delighted with her umbrella. Nice quality. prefect for my little princess. She can be quite rough with her things, but it's taken her handling well and is still opening and folding without a fuss.

We take sun exposure VERY seriously for health reasons. My daughter uses hers in DC and says the shade makes a difference....she loves spotting other women with umbrellas on sunny days too. Definitely recommend!
Had enough of cheap umbrellas flapping around in the windy wet NYC spring, then bough this and it's been much better. Makes me smile not having that struggle when others are wrestling theirs. would get another..
The umbrella feels nicely made. The button makes opening it straightforward, although I'd help young children with it. It's compact when folded, not a huge family umbrella when open. Very cute and a useful size.

My husband travels into the city daily and was getting through the cheaper umbrellas too fast. Bought him this one and it's been dependable through the spring and summer showers. The fabric feels decent as well.
Bought this as a gift for a co-worker. he says it keeps him dry, but it's too bulky for his everyday bag. Not quite the success I'd hoped. The oval handle won't be much use for pirate costumes either, of course.
Came in good shape. Has already been out in the rain and feels very solid. The closed loop handle is more comfortable than I expected. Slides into its sleeve neatly for carrying. Great umbrella, glad I chose it!
For wet+WINDY city days, this umbrella has been a winner. Small enough to keep with me, but it hasn't flipped over when the weather gets annoying. Much nicer for Chicago than lugging an enormous umbrella around!

This has been a hit with my son. he has it out for pretend battles, not just rainy days. Nice gray colour, and it doesn't feel flimsy when it's opened up. Looks like it'll be useful for more than just his games.

steady rain and a few gusts, and it coped really well. kept it over the camera and tripod while i took pictures, which let me carry on instead of packing up. not a cheap umbrella, but i'm glad i spent the extra.
Love using this umbrella. A little chunky to carry around, but it gives me decent cover without feeling flimsy. I work in downtown Boston where it gets breezy, and so far it's given me nothing to complain about!

For my daughter's third birthday I picked this umbrella, and she was so excited! She thinks it looks very grown up and especially likes pressing the button to open it. I'm there to help fold it away afterwards!

The blue looks nice and I like the umbrella, my one complain is the size when its folded, it takes up more of my tote than I thought. the open size is good though, just wish it was a little shorter to put away.
My 2 year old granddaughter is so taken with this umbrella. She carries it about indoors and wants to show everyone. The blue is pretty and it feels nicely made, she thinks having her own umbrella is wonderful!
Worth spending a few more quid. The folding frame seems properly thought out, and there's actually room for a person underneath, rather than just a particularly ambitious mushroom. A sensible umbrella for once.

Love how this umbrella looks! Opening it hasn't been a struggle for me at all, despite what I'd read beforehand. I use it for shade and don't get that direct sun on my head, which matters a lot. Pretty as well!
I don't find the weight bothersome when it's in my bag. I mostly want it for shade, and for that it's good. Then if some rain comes along I already have an umbrella with me. Having the two uses is a good thing.
Must be about two years I've had this now? Normally an umbrella barely gets me through one season. This has stayed solid, gives my gf & me enough cover standing close, and still looks and works as well as ever.
I'm keeping this one for walks, tried opening it and everything seems fine, there's room for two if close together. It looks quite nice and, feels solid, I haven't used it out yet but I think it will work well.
Ordered the the umbrella for my wife, she Loves it! We've paid more before and not been nearly as impressed. Keeps her covered in heavy rain! She likes the black too, goes with anything she wears! Yep, a winner
It has weathered some unpleasant days with me and still looks decent. I'd prefer it a touch shorter when folded. A few marks from being carried around, but overall it keeps me dry and feels like a sensible buy.

Looks smart! nice handle! It came protected well! The cover can slip down a little when i carry it with the handle pointing down, but i like it anyway. Walking along like nobody on the street can bother me now.
My wife needed something sturdier for the gusty area around her office tower, after losing a couple of umbrellas there. This has been doing the job nicely so far. Feels properly made and dependable in her hand.
Got a proper test the next day with HARD rain and some sharp gusts.It stayed the right way out and gave the two of us cover standing close together. I'm impressed with how it handled that and would get another.
This thing has been great in gusty rain, good coverage and I love being able to collapse the canopy with the button. A bit weighty for my liking, but that just means it stays in the car instead of my briefcase.

good umbrella. enough room above me without feeling enormous and it has stayed the right way round in the breezes i've had. i walk quite a way in rain rather than just running to the car and this covers me well
An umbrella you enjoy looking at really can improve a dreary day. I like taking this one out, and having something nice overhead makes the lack of sunshine a little less depressing when I'm walking in the rain.
These umbrella's are useful as well as cute. My kids are always keen to bring theirs when the rain starts and go splashing about. Funny enough, we get SO many nice comments about them when we're out together!!!
More backbone than I expected! Doesn't look bulky but has coped well with the blustery days I've used it on. I'd recommend it for one person. Comfortable amount of cover for me, not really an umbrella to share.
I gave the kids the full version, but my wife having the same umbrella was another thing we shared, and all that brought about getting married, and even the barnacle went teary over it. Happy with the umbrella.
