Such a useful umbrella. I've bought four now, with a couple at the lake house, two at home and another in the car. Good to have close when the weather turns. Opens quickly in heavy rain and the canopy gives a nice wide area of cover.
I picked this to use alongside the umbrella we already had, and I'm pleased with the choice. We stay dry at our local sporting events, which is what matters most. Much easier to enjoy cheering on our team without the rain soaking us!
I need the size when open before deciding on an umbrella. Photos don't tell me much about that.I bought this in the end because the price was alright. It opens to about 105cm across and looks fine, but not had any rain to try it yet.
Eighteen months later, ours still looks nice and works properly. We put it away when it's not needed and don't expect it to handle what I'd call 'stay indoors' weather. Everyday rain and the lighter showers have been absolutely fine.
With my husband doing fieldwork in the Arctic, I picked this for his birthday. It's lovely looking, but I checked the build too since Ohio can get HUGE gusts. Feels very sturdy and it's a good size for him. He's really happy with it!
I wanted some decent cover, and this gives me that. Two of us can squeeze underneath if we're close. Opening is just a button press. Putting it away does mean pushing the shaft down manually, but I knew that and it doesn't bother me.
Picked the beige one. Opens well and the canopy closes w/a press, then i push the shaft back down. Haven't had much use for it w/all this snow, but it seems more solid than the little ones i've been getting locally. VERY pleased w/it
i got this one for my husband. He's pleased that it goes into his backpack without any fuss. The handle feels comfortable and the whole thing seems solid. I'm thinking of ordering another couple for the other men on my Christmas list
Overall I'm happy with the quality. However, the loop handle felt unfamiliar at first... I needed to change my grip a little to reach the opening and closing button comfortably. With that sorted, it works well and is pleasant to use.
The shape of this umbrella really appeals to me. All those ribs give it a more interesting look than the plain ones I've had. I picked blue and it looks nice, though I wish the shade were a little brighter to show off the shape more.
A present for a friend, so I haven't tried it out myself. Really really like the way it looks and it seems nicely put together. I'm tempted to order another for me. Can't speak for wind or rain yet, but appearance wise I'm impressed.

Plenty of shade from this umbrella, which is just what I wanted for sunny days. My skin is sensitive so I appreciate having some cover rather than standing in direct sun. I've also bought one for my Mother. Really pleased with it. :)
Pretty umbrella and gives me good shade when sunshine is too much. The small cons for me is that it is still a bit long folded, and the open size is little less than I thought. But I am liking it so much, these things don't spoil it!
Bought the Cream White one for an adult, but wanted more coverage once I opened it. My 5 year old niece was thrilled to have it instead. Ordered a bigger umbrella for the adult gift, still hasn't arrived. see my other umbrella review
A solid, nicely finished umbrella with enough coverage for our rainy dog walks. It seems thoughtfully put together. A little bulkier in the bag than I'd prefer, but the shelter is worth it. Would have been useful to find this sooner.
The button opening is brilliant, and another press draws the canopy closed. You do still compress the shaft yourself. The sleeve is handy too. Nicely finished, lovely gray, and feels more expensive than it was. Better than I'd hoped.
this one has been a real good umbrella for me we have had plenty of miserable weather around here and it has done great every time i go out it feels strong without being a big long umbrella to lug around would definitely recommend it
I was almost hoping for rain after this arrived, I really like the look of it. The canopy gives good cover over my shoulders and the books I'm carrying. Nice to have something that keeps those dry without being awkward to take along.
Love how little space it takes up folded, and it feels tough too. The canopy opens and collapses with the button, very handy. Make sure nobody is right in front when you pop it open though. It has quite an enthusiastic entrance... C:
Looks wonderful, nice and sturdy! Been wanting one I'm actually excited to carry, glad I chose this. A bit of wind hasn't turned it inside out, those flexible ribs seem to help. Cream white is so pretty! quite cheerful. Worth buying.
Has felt sturdy in the normal breezes and rain I've used it in. Goes in my everyday bag and keeps me covered. Button hasn't given me any trouble. I haven't compared many others, so I'm being cautious with four stars rather than five.
Just as described. Pink umbrella with a black underside, about 40cm when folded, supplied with a sleeve. Fits in my larger handbag without a struggle, very useful 👍 Everything arrived neatly packed. Pleased with the size and finish.
Feels well made and worth the price! Really happy with my umbrella and the size for family use. With my two little ones tucked close, we've stayed dry together under it! I also like the oval loop handle, it's a nice finishing detail.
Good 105cm canopy on a compact umbrella. Love it. The 30 ribs have some flex so it feels sturdy without being stiff. Cream white is the color I got, a nice soft shade. Useful when it rains and for a little shade on sunny outings too.

My husband is taking this on our next trip abroad. We tried it out and it is so simple to work, plus it fits nicely in his messenger bag. Feels excellent for what we paid!!! I would certainly recommend, very impressed with this one!!
My own little treat. The beige looks gorgeous and the frame seems sturdy. It springs open so keenly I almost expect to take off! A press shuts the canopy, then the stem needs a firm shove to shorten it. A little effort, but worth it!
solid little umbrella and useful for shade at the beach. personally i would like a little more room under it, but the size was clearly given. it is a handheld one and does that job well. i'd look for something bigger for more people.
Not the tiniest folded umbrella, so I wouldn't choose it for a really small bag. In return it gives decent coverage and doesn't feel flimsy. A sensible price for what you get. I'd recommend it if sturdy matters more than pocket size.
After looking in several shops for an umbrella that might actually last I found this one. Strong, opens wide, feels well put together, nice colour- gray and it even fits in my purse. This is the sort of umbrella I was hoping to find.
Almost as soon as I had it, the weather turned nasty on my way into work. Wind driving the rain about and I expected a struggle. The umbrella stayed open and kept me covered all the way in. Was impressed enough to get one for my mum!
Easy enough to carry around for travelling or just rainy everyday errands, The bit I like most is the automatic action. One press to put it up, another to gather the canopy when I'm finished, then I shorten the stem myself. SO HANDY!
There is more to carry than with a tiny pocket umbrella, but the coverage makes up for it. For someone who really dislikes being out in direct sun, it is excellent. Comfortable shade underneath and it has coped well with breezes too.

These are lovely umbrellas. I've picked up several now and they've all been straightforward to use. Still feels unusual pressing a button to gather the canopy, then shortening the stem myself, but it does the job. Nice to have around
No rain since I bought it, so it's only been opened indoors so far. I wanted something a little different and the loop handle certainly does that. More of a one person umbrella than something to share, which suits me. Looks good too.

There's some weight to it, which makes it feel substantial rather than flimsy. The canopy fabric has a nice thickness as well. Smaller than a full golf umbrella, but two adults standing close together can share the cover in the rain.
Bought this while i was buying an umbrella for myself, this one was for my great granddaughter, nearly 5.She loves it. She thinks it is very grown up. Seems durable and gives her lots of room underneath when it rains going to school.

We had a very wet, windy morning soon after this arrived. The flag outside was stretched right out and I wasn't looking forward to walking into work. It kept its shape and gave me good cover. Liked it enough to order one for my mom!
I've had it out for shade several times now and it's worked very well. When the breeze picked up I was waiting for it to turn over, but it stayed in shape! Very glad to have something like this to take the edge off being in the sun.

This umbrella is a definite FAVOURITE. Love the look of it, and it feels really WELL MADE too! A good size over me and nice and sturdy in the hand. More reassuring than a flimsy umbrella when it gets breezy. Delighted with this buy!
