Solid feeling frame, smart appearance, and I expect to get a lot of use from it. Men carrying sun umbrellas is quite normal in Japan, and the shade is welcome in the hot summer months.
I wanted something that closed completely at a press. The button gathers the canopy, but I still have to shorten the shaft myself. Useful umbrella, just less automatic than I expected.
Love being able to keep the rain off my head and shoulders without carrying a great big umbrella. I hold it high enough to see my way clearly under the edge. Handy to take on vacation.
Keeps me dry and folds down enough to carry about easily, which is what I wanted from it. The loop handle is fine but I'd still prefer a wrist cord for carrying when my hands are busy.
Needed something I could leave in a school bag without it taking up all the room. It fits in there fine and isn't a chore to carry. The automatic opening is handy too. Would recommend.
Looks nice and does what it should. I can't say much about how long it'll last yet, but so far it's doing well. Would have preferred wood for the handle rather than the plasticky feel.
The pink really suits this one! my daughter wants to carry it everywhere! Such a cheerful looking umbrella, and the whole shape looks particularly cute when she's walking along with it
Rain here in Hawaii hasn't been a problem, and I like the automatic action. Wind is less comfortable, so I wouldn't make this my first choice if gusty conditions are your main concern.
Wind has made plenty of umbrellas frustrating for me, but this one has felt reassuringly solid when it's turned breezy. Very happy with how it handles, and it looks rather nice as well
Nicer in person than I expected from the photo. I haven't taken it out in rain yet, but the frame feels solid and it looks wonderfully cheerful. Should make wet days a little brighter.

For anyone wanting an umbrella that doesn't feel flimsey the minute a breeze picks up this is worth considering I am really pleased with mine and think you would be happy with one too.
Well put together and easy enough to carry folded. It has been manageable in a bit of wind, with the canopy keeping the rain off. Slightly heavier than I expected, but not troublesome.
Gives decent shade ,but the creases show quite clearly on the beige canopy after folding. I keep it in the supplied sleeve. Fine to use, just not particularly neat looking packed away.
Check the folded size before buying. I expected something smaller and it takes more bag space than I planned. Still, the construction seems good and it's a nicely thought out umbrella.
Really cute and compact enough to tuck into a school backpack without a long stick poking out. Folded, it's around 40cm including that oval loop handle. A nice size for carrying along.
I've had enough of umbrellas that can't cope when the breeze gets up. This one feels much more reassuring, pops open quickly and has been dependable so far. Would happily recommend it.
It's smaller, and weighs much less than expected. The violin feels too tiny to play comfortably. I only use this umbrella against the heat. It's light and makes a very nice parasol.
Comes along on dog walks whether I need shade or protection from rain. The frame has some give to it rather than feeling rigid, and it's stayed in shape during the breezy walks so far.
Even prettier in person! The beige looks so classy with my rainy day clothes!!! Anyone who likes their umbrella to look nice should try it! Almost makes wet weather something to enjoy!
Feels sturdy- plenty of cover without too much bulk. Takes some effort to push the shaft down after the canopy closes. My wife finds that part hard. Otherwise we're both happy with it.
nicely made umbrella, springs open with the button and the oval handle is comfortable to hold. a bit different looking. would recommend if you want something practical with some style.
Hooray for a decent umbrella! The space underneath is the best part for me. I fit with my backpack, or two can squeeze together. Five stars is what I rate for the coverage and quality.
Materials feel good. About 105cm across when open. Slightly more weight than I expected. Used it in rain already and stayed dry. The oval loop handle is handy for hanging it up to dry.
A pretty umbrella with an unusual handle. It's for a trip I have coming up, and I didn't fancy carrying one of those long umbrellas. Folds down neatly but gives proper cover when open.

Unexpectedly it's stood up to my lively two year old wanting to carry it, with some help. Will it last forever...probably not. Mostly I like seeing how pleased he is with his umbrella!

Being a girly girl, I think this umbrella is lovely. There's enough cover for me, but two people would be cramped under it in rain. It havs a handy button to open and close the canopy.
It was about three weeks before mine arrived. Nice compact umbrella, although the beige wasn't as pale as I'd imagined. It has a warmer, more tan look in person. Still happy to use it.
It looks even nicer in person than on the screen. My 3 year old nephew keeps asking, "Is it raining yet?" Only had it a short time, but the fabric and frame both seem very nicely made.

After about a year, I'm still glad I keep this in my bag for unexpected rain. It does that job nicely, although when it's wet before I even leave I usually reach for a larger umbrella.

LOVE having this umbrella. Money well spent. Copes well with breezes, covers me properly, and the loop handle is a handy detail when i'm carrying it folded. Nice to have a sleeve too!
Pink looks like the picture. Nice and sturdy. Put together well. Has handled rain nicely. The canopy gives good cover and it folds up for taking on trains, buses or walks around town.

pink umbrella to keep by the door for going out side in rain. used it often lately and it has been fine on the windy days too. not the smallest folded but good for what I need it for.
Button action is smooth and the coverage is fine for one person, though I wouldn't call it large. So far only tried it in regular rain, can't say how it would behave in stronger wind.
A winner, that's my verdict! That is what I think of this umbrella. Can cover me and a backpack well, or two of us close together. Five-star is my rating for the size and the quality.
Love mine. So cute. I can tilt it back a little and see ahead without losing all my cover. Mostly I stay dry under it (apart from my rather generous backside, which has its own plans)
