My old umbrella was better at looking good than handling a gust. This one feels properly solid. I'm not saying there's no weather that could beat it, just that I'd have stayed home long before finding out.
Beige is a nice colour for an umbrella. Good to have in rainy season. Looks less formal than the usual dark ones, not something for a funeral. Might show dirt easily, but for the price!, I would buy again.
My three year old son gets so excited about this umbrella! He likes holding it himself and the green is a lovely bright colour. It feels sturdy, and we get lots of comments about how cute he looks with it.
Keeps my backpack under cover too! Feels well put together, quick button opening, straightforward canopy closing. I appreciate the coverage across my shoulders and behind me. Compact does NOT mean cramped!
Needed a replacement for my smaller old umbrella and this has been excellent. Feels properly made. One thing worth knowing, it opens wider than it looks folded. Enough shelter for me with my bag alongside.
I gave this to my mother and she was really pleased. It looks smart without being heavy to carry, and the frame feels solid. There's a comfortable amount of space underneath it for keeping out of the rain.
For keeping the rain off without carrying a full length umbrella about, it is a convenient size and fits away nicely. I would still prefer a wrist strap, the oval loop isn't quite the same for carrying it.
Arrived in lovely condition and everything works as it should. I liked the look in the photograph, but in person it's even nicer. Now I'm actually looking forward to the spring rain and a chance to use it!
I've used a full-size umbrella for years, and wanted this as a portable. A practical design overall; enough coverage to keep my bag under as well, though it does take up a fair amount of space when folded.

What a handy umbrella! Smart looking & useful. The oval grip sits comfortably in my hand. A push opens it and there's a sleeve w/ it too. If you're debating it...I'd say go for it. Great everyday umbrella.
Our 3 year old loves this umbrella. She keeps wanting to play with it. I do the folding for her -- the ribs tuck in neatly once it's shut. There's lots of space over her, and she likes carrying it with me.
I used to get through umbrellas far too quickly. I've had this one for over a year now and it's still looking good and doing its job. Even if that were all the use I got, I'd consider it a really good buy.
Happy to have this in the car! There's a decent amount of cover when it's open, and the loop handle is easy to hold. Seems sturdy as well; it's already been bounced around in my trunk on quite a few trips.
Spot on! Size is ideal. Still waiting to give it a proper workout, but it feels very nicely built. The green looks fantastic against the black underside. Looks smart and slides back into its sleeve neatly.

Gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous!!! I wanted something nice for those dull winter days and the beige looks lovely. A touch bulky folded, but its nicely made and I would happily recommend it. Glad I bought it!
Rain stayed off nicely though I'd prefer a little more handle to hold, particularly when walking alongside someone. Apart from that I'm pleased with it and it has coped with breezes better than my old one.

Keeping a suit dry on the way to the law office is the main reason I bought it. So far, it's handled that well. Easy to open, solid construction. Still get some rain on my shoes, but that's my only niggle.
Waited over a year to write this so I'd actually know how it held up. It's been dependable in rain and wind, and looks nice too. A bit more width would have made it ideal for me, but still a good umbrella.
Christmas gift for our three year old granddaughter. She feels like a proper little lady with it!!Seems nicely made and she enjoys pressing the button, while we help with folding it away. Would reccommend.
Best umbrella I've bought in a long time! Other ones I've liked haven't coped with gusty weather. This is a normal everyday size, yet it felt reassuringly steady during the windy spells on my Florida trip.

Expected something tiny when folded, but it opens out a good size, really nice. We hand out umbrellas at work when somebody gets stuck without one in the rain. Now they actually come back to us. Funny that
I've purchased another (a spare) for my friend in Costa Rica, where she needs an umbrella so often. She really likes the coverage. It's a useful size when open, yet folds down to tuck into her roomy purse.
Good umbrella, appearance is what I expected, you can feel it is solid. and the materials seem good too., resetting the shaft after the canopy closes needs a firm press but nothing too difficult to manage.
Quite compact when folded, with much more coverage than I expected once it's up. The automatic opening and canopy closing work nicely. Mine lives in the car, and I liked it enough to buy another as a gift.
I left it quite late to order this for my wife's birthday, so having it ready for her was a relief! The design went down very well. Looks nicely made too, though we'll need longer to know about durability.

Excellent umbrella! Roomy and reassuringly solid. It has coped well with the wind here in Chicago. I noticed the weight at first, but after a couple of days taking it to school I stopped thinking about it.
A lovely umbrella, with a good solid feel when opened. The fabric had a rather odd smell at the start, a bit like weed, but that has gone away now. Everything is fine for using it and I would recommend it.
Good for showers, good for shade. Green outside and black inside is a nice combination. The canopy keeps the rain off me. Colour is rather noticeable, but I actually enjoy having something that stands out!

Handy little umbrella for sun shade. Summer in Hawaii gets so hot watching the grandchildren swim or play sport. Being under the canopy makes sitting out much more comfortable than being in the direct sun.

Best umbrella I've had in a while! The smaller ones I've used never inspired much confidence in windy weather. This one felt sturdy during the breezy days on my Florida trip, without being a huge umbrella.
Love the beige, such a pretty shade. Big fan of hummingbirds here and can't wait for the banding on my vacation next year. People used to borrow my umbrella's....not this beauty, keeping it all to myself!!

My daughter likes her umbrella to go with whatever she's wearing, so gray is a useful choice. It fits her larger handbag when folded, then spreads out nicely when she needs it. She appreciates having both.
