Good coverage and more solid than most compact umbrellas. Some weight to it, though perfectly manageable. My previous one was left in a hotel conference room and was gone by the time I went back. Won't make that mistake again!
Ordered while we were having rain every day.It hasnt rained since it came.We tried opening it indoors and the button works fine.Packing was a sturdy box and everything looked good.Will add more once it actually sees some rain.
An umbrella needs to look good to me but also cope with wet, breezy weather. This one recently had its chance to prove itself and did very well.I'd happily choose it again, and I'd have no hesitation suggesting it to a friend.
feels like a good sturdy umbrella. i usually keep it in the car trunk and it's kept me dry without any fuss. I'm a little disappointed it doesn't go in my smaller bag, though it's compact enough not to be in the way in the car
Not quite the umbrella I thought I was getting, but small and black was what mattered anyway. The fastening wasn't what I expected, and it came in a sleeve. It resisted a bit on its first opening, then opened easily each time.
walking in New York rain convinced me to buy an umbrella. this one feels solid. manageable over my head without blocking my view ahead. it is useful on busy pavements, though i still watch where the edges are when people pass.
Easy to manage when we're out with our grandson. One adult can hold it over themselves and him, and he loves hearing the rain patter above us. Little things like that make memories! Handy for getting across those busy streets.
Seems a decent umbrella, feels strong and i reckon it'll last . only awkward bit is pressing the telescoping part down after the canopy shuts (needs a fairly firm push to click ), wouldn't choose it for someone with weak hands
I ordered 2. Good quality and that loop handle is the bit I especially like. The plain black suits anyone really. Would recommend. Price was reasonable too. A handy pair to keep around, well worth getting if you need umbrellas
Looks as pictured... The button works properly and the ribs feel firm. Getting it neatly back into the sleeve takes me longer than opening it. I'll probably leave the sleeve off most days. Otherwise, happy with how it is made.
Only had a few chances to take it out so far, and I've liked using it. Solid, yet easy to carry. Good choice!Update: Four years later it's holding up beautifully and still looks nearly new. Changed my rating from four to five!
A good replacement for the old umbrella I'd had for a couple of years. Really like the push button, it pops open nicely. Folded up it slips under the seat in my car without getting in the way. Feels solid too. I'd buy another.
A substantial umbrella which appears well constructed for breezy weather. The weight is noticeable, as I expected. The oval handle cannot go over my wrist like a strap, so I cannot simply let it hang there when I need my hand.
Arrived today and the canopy opens and closes nicely with the button. Wrapping it up again is straightforward. It has an attractive, tidy appearance. Nothing about it feels flimsy, and there's room for it in my larger handbag.

There's been no rain for a proper test yet. I wanted an umbrella with a slightly different look, and the handle gives it that. It looks smart. Enough room for me, but I wouldn't expect two people to fit comfortably underneath.

Bought one for my wife, she loves it. The oval handle is easy for her to get hold of. The fabric seems decent I'd say. Keeps the rain off nicely and my wife is happy, so I'm happy too, makes wet days a little less miserable :P
Quick to open, with room for one grownup and our grandson tucked alongside. He loves the drumming sound of the raindrops overhead. Mommy and daddy both enjoy taking him out with it! Makes busy street crossings a little nicer.
Has done fine so far, including a gust that turned it inside out; it went back into shape without any fuss. Heavier than my smallest umbrella but manageable. The oval grip sits nicely in my hand and the button is easy to find
Pretty enough to please a preschool granddaughter. The Cream White looks lovely and the construction seems decent, not like the flimsy ones around). I'd happily get another if there were more little granddaughters to buy for.
Here in south Florida rain comes along a lot. i was looking through so many umbrellas . wanted a simple look and something for our wet days . this one has done fine.. not the smallest folded , but i like it.. would recommend.
The material feels excellent, better than I was expecting really. I'd buy another, 10/10. Friends, have a proper look at the dimensions before you decide. Two can squeeze underneath, and for me on my own the cover is perfect.
Dad liked getting this for Christmas. He wanted something fairly plain and "manly", and the black suits him perfectly. He likes the weight of it and the solid feel of the loop handle. Says it's straightforward to use as well.
I like using it, though I have two grumbles. Heavier than I want in my handbag, (especially all day), and the button needs a firm press. Still, having the canopy close automatically is an improvement on folding it all myself.
i like how it opens automatically and the canopy CLOSES with another press, handles a bit of wind well and gives more room than other folding umbrellas ive had, compact and light enough for my baby bag, glad i bought this one
Got this for my 8-year-old and she thinks it's very cute. Small once folded, so it slips into her backpack. Green wasn't the shade I first had in mind....but it looks really pretty and we're both happy with how it turned out!
Spotted an umbrella like this on a televised soccer match & wanted one for watching my grandchildren play. This is wonderful..gives me plenty of shade, with room for someone to lean in beside me. Should have had one ages ago.
I like the way this umbrella is designed. The flexible ribs give it a sturdy feel, and the blue looks good. Pressing the button opens it smoothly. There's more cover than I expected from a folding umbrella. A definite keeper.
Quality seems good for walking and the little things i use it for. i wasnt expecting much at this price but its nicer than i thought, dont mind carrying it. this gives me some shade from the hot sun on my way home after work.
It's easy to carry and goes in my bag without trouble. Not sure about long term durability yet, but it seems useful to have ready for unexpected rain. I expect to use it a lot. Went with green, a simple colour that I liked.
Bigger across when open than the folded size suggests. Feels well put together, although it's fairly chunky to pack. In its sleeve with that loop sticking out, I managed to convince a couple of people it was a little sword :)
Haven't tried it in rain yet, got it for a trip around Europe... needed something that packs down but doesn't feel flimsy. This feels a good compromise, and the coverage when opened is bigger than I pictured. Push button too!

The pink is bright and looks just as it did in the photo. This feels like a properly made umbrella, including the loop handle and button. The sleeve is useful for keeping it tidy. Attractive, practical, and worth what I paid.

A gift for my boyfriend, who had never really had a sturdy umbrella before. It's been a success. He brought it on his Scotland trip and it held up well in the rain and wind, with other umbrellas around him struggling to cope.

A handy size for a backpack or a roomy handbag. I had pictured the whole thing folding down with the button, but it only collapses the canopy and you push the shaft down yourself. Black is fine--nothing fancy, which suits me.
Smart design on this umbrella. The flexible frame has handled breezes well and the button action seems smooth. It's a fairly generous size when open, although it folds down for carrying, so bear that in mind. I like it a lot.
My old small umbrella never gave me quite enough shade or rain cover on the golf course. This one covers me more comfortably without being awkward to carry with my clubs. Makes getting round in changeable weather a lot nicer.

My other two umbrellas are golf size and have lasted well, so I wanted something smaller without feeling flimsy. This one gives me that same solid feeling. Easy enough to carry and it's handled the windy days I've used it on.
Much less of a nuisance on the commute than my old bulky umbrella. It seems solid enough for regular use. Having a button to open it and shut the canopy is great for the money.Hoping it lasts through the wetter, windier days.
easy button for my toddler to press while I hold the umbrella. She gets that little bit of independance she likes in the rain, without having to manage the whole thing. I push the pole down afterwards. A good purchase for us.
My granddaughter wanted an umbrella that looked more grown up - this has made her very happy. She is ten and likes the neat handle. Gives her good rain cover without feeling like a little kid's umbrella.Yes, I'd recommend it.
