Nice solid umbrella, exactly the sort I wanted. You can't tell much about quality from a photo, so I trusted what other reviewers said and I'm glad I did. Good size and nicely put together. I would definately suggest it if you want decent coverage.
Fine for shade (which is what I wanted), but its size felt a bit close around my shoulders. I started holding the canopy higher instead of low over my head, and that gave me the extra room I wanted. Used it like that since, and its comfortable now!
A strong feeling umbrella. It looks properly put together. Having ended up soaked in windy rain before, I was looking for a frame that felt more substantial. This one feels reassuring when opened, and I am much happier taking it out in wet weather.
I normally couldn't be bothered carrying an umbrella, but the constant rain has meant too many damp mornings at work. Started taking this one and I've stayed dry even when the rain gets heavy. Wish I'd stopped being stubborn and bought it ages ago!
I have read about the weight before buying and I thought I had prepared myself for it. It still felt heavier than I like to carry by hand. I have since kept it in my backpack between uses, which has made carrying it around quite comfortable for me.
Good sturdy umbrella with enough coverage for me and my backpack or laptop bag. My favourite part is collapsing the canopy with a button when I'm juggling things at the door. Less fumbling about trying to get inside while the rain drips everywhere.
Nearly two years with this one and it's still my favorite umbrella. Mine is green. Here in NC it gets a fair amount of use. When the rain gets really heavy I can catch the odd splash around the edge, but that's only happened twice in all that time.
Umbrella's have never been my thing, I'd rather just feel the rain and never bothered owning one. Then I saw this and wanted it anyway, now a wet day is a reason to take it out.. to be honest I carry it for the look of it as much as for keeping dry
I wanted this for my lunchtime walks. Being six feet tall, I found it only really sheltered my face in windy rain, the rest of me still got wet.It held up to the wind fine and feels well made. I'd try a larger umbrella, this one's too small for me.
The parcel arrived quickly and was well protected. In person the umbrella isn't quite what I pictured from the advertising, but it looks good. Still need to give it a proper try in rain. I expected it bigger, although the size seems quite suitable.
The umbrella is fine, but the black looks harsher than I'd imagined. It's a very DEEP black, not the softer look I wanted. I LOVE black in general.....but THIS much solid black feels rather severe. Works nicely, just not my favourite colour choice.
Had this around a month now and it feels substantial without being tiring to carry. There's good room underneath too. Yesterday I finally used it in windy rain and it handled that outing nicely. For what I spent, I reckon this umbrella is a winner!
My wife has kept this in the car for about a year now. It's seen plenty use and still works fine. Folds down neatly and feels solid without costing too much. Hasn't turned inside out on her, and dries off quickly.A very good purchase in my opinion.
Well hello! ... Now we're talking, baby! People keep telling me how handsome this umbrella looks. Best are the guys saying, "that's a proper man's umbrella". Seriously though, it opens up nice and big, and I'm loving every bit of it. What a beauty!
What a cute umbrella. My 2 1/2 year old wants to carry it whether there's rain or not. Indoors it gets turned upside down for her stuffed animals to ride around in, more toy than umbrella some days. Still looking good after all that dragging about!
My son and daughter in law had a lovely rooftop wedding in New York. This umbrella has a simple, elegant look that makes me think of that day! I'm planning to give it to my daughter in law at Xmas, a useful little reminder of such a happy occasion.
Picked one up at a reduced price and i think it was money well spent.. Even full price it seem worth it to me.The frame handles a bit of wind fine if you hold it sensible. Two adults can squeeze under, not loads of extra room.This suits me fine :).
Very useful on rainy days, including out on the golf course. I can't really say how it would manage strong winds as I haven't tried it in those conditions. After roughly twenty uses it still feels solid, and getting it open hasn't been any trouble.
Nice roomy canopy, about 105cm across. Love it. The flexible ribs give it a solid feel and it has kept the rain off well. Mine is cream white, which looks clean and bright. Handy for a bit of shade on sunny outings too, not only when it is raining.

Nice quality for what it cost, and it goes in my backpack or under the car seat easily. Handy to have along for football days. I keep a larger umbrella at home as well, but this is a much more convenient size to take with me. Great little umbrella!
A really decent umbrella for what I paid. It feels well put together and is straightforward to use. I've had it out in some gusty rain already and it coped nicely. Not the smallest thing when folded, but the extra cover makes that worthwhile to me.
A fairly expensive umbrella, although I do think it looks beautiful. It folds small enough to carry, just not pocket small, and there is some weight to it. The simple shape and finish make up for that for me: it looks smart even on a miserable day.
My 2 year old grandaughter was delighted to have an Umbrella she could call "her own". She likes holding it with me while we walk, and it gives her good cover. I handle the opening and putting away, she just enjoys being under it. Such a sweet buy!
The material feel rather thin to me, even though the umbrella looks pretty. Fine for everyday showers and getting a little shade, but I don't feel confident relying on it for hours in strong sun. It is okay, just not as substantial as I was hoping.
I take the train downtown an this stays in my bag so rain doesn't catch me out. The coverage is fine if I keep it reasonably close, and it doesn't take over the whole pavement when people walk past. Being able to pop it open with a button is handy.
Only had cause to take this out twice, so I can't say how it'll last over time. Both times it worked nicely though. The canopy feels properly supported, not at all flimsy, which I like. Very satisfied with it up to now and hoping it stays that way.
Excellent 💯 💯 💯 💯 💯 Lovely blue shade, feels strong and firm. Quick button opening and canopy closing. Broad smooth grip, with a closed loop to carry it by. Opens out nice and wide, looks capable of handling everyday gusts. Full marks from me.
A lovely pink umbrella for rain that seems determined to come sideways. It's easy to angle the canopy while keeping an eye ahead. Handy for mom's watching the kids as well, I just keep the edge above eye level instead of disappearing underneath it.
My old travel umbrella was looking pretty sorry for itself, so this is the replacement. I'm pleased with it. Its solid and straightforward, nothing fancy about it. A little more coverage than the last one, and it seems much better put together too.
It's been so good! Feels well made and gives me shade when I'm out in the sun. My skin is troublesome, anyway I still want to go outside and this makes it nicer. Opens out lovely and roomy! Mum and I got one for each other. Honestly, WELL WORTH IT!
Such a good looking umbrella, mine has been great! Took me a while to discover the button also collapses the canopy after opening. You still push the stem in yourself, but that little button trick was a lovely surprise. Nothing to complain about :)
For walking the golf course this umbrella has been excellent. I push a three wheel cart for 18 holes, and it's handy to have along. Gives me some shade when the sun is out and keeps the rain off when it turns wet. Has stayed steady in the wind too!

Appearance was honestly the deciding factor for me when there were so many umbrellas to pick from. The cream white looks great, simple as that.And on the practical side it keeps me dry and has coped well with the windy days I've carried it through.
A long wait, but it's finally here! The umbrella looks every bit as pretty as the photos! It seems nicely made. The button closes the canopy, but pushing the shaft down and fitting the sleeve takes some effort. Without that, it would be five stars!
Needed one to keep in the car door pocket for sudden rain here in South Florida. This one feels solid and hasn't flipped on me in gusty weather. There is more room underneath than my other folding ones, enough for two people if you huddle a little.

Took this along on our Amsterdam holiday with rain and breezes forecast for much of the visit. It coped really well whenever we needed it, and carrying it folded wasn't a nuisance either. I'd happily recommend it, very happy to have had it with me!

Been taking this along to my sons football games. There's been plenty of rain during the season and it's nice to stay dry while watching. I just keep it positioned so I can see the field and try not to put it right in front of the people behind me.
my mom loves the umbrella i bought her. It isn't the lightest thing to carry - not awful, just something to know if you want a tiny bag umbrella.in terms of sitting out in the sun, she says the shade makes it much more comfortable. Happy with that!
wanted something me and my daughter could share...this gives us enough room if we stay close together..naturally the rain disappeared after i got it so not a lot of testing yet..on the few wet days we've had it's done well, including a bit of wind.
We had it open on the guest signing table for the bridal shower tea party, and it'll have another turn as a hand held sun shade at the summer wedding. The bride is using gray in her colours, so it ties in beautifully with everything. Very romantic!

No rain to try it in yet, but this umbrella is lovely to look at. I LOVE the oval handle and there's a generous feeling of space underneath when it's open. If using it is as good as my first impression, it will be just right. Happy to recommend it.
